- 1 large cucumber
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Lemon slices to garnish
- Peel the avocado and the cucumber, and place into a blender.
- Add the parsley and lemon and blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
