Serve lemony Avgolemono Sauce with broiled chicken breasts.


  • 1 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube


  1. In a 1 quart saucepan combine water, eggs, lemon juice and bouillon. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens and coat a spoon, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Do not boil or mixture will curdle.
