Lime seasoned asparagus with sesame seeds low fat side dish.
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Pimiento strips, for garnish
- Wash the asparagus, break off at the tender point. Boil 1/2 cup water and add the asparagus. Cover and allow to steam until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain.
- Arrange on a serving dish and sprinkle the remaining ingredients over.
