Asparagus Parmesan is vegetable and cheesy goodness all in one. These cheesy spears will compliment any type of roast.
- 3, 10 ounce packages frozen asparagus spears
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook asparagus according to package directions. Arrange in a shallow baking pan.
- Pour butter over asparagus and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 400 degree F for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
