A cheesy asparagus and egg casserole.

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 ounce) cans asparagus
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/4 cups cheese cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 7x11-inch dish.
  2. Arrange the asparagus in the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer the eggs over top and pour the milk over. Sprinkle the cheese on top and then the cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
