Either use tamari (naturally fermented soy sauce) or regular soy sauce for this flavorful ginger and black vinegar dipping sauce for steak.


  • 1/4 cup tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • paper thin slices of ginger


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously to blend. Serve immediately.
