Use this Asian-inspired dressing drizzled on crispy carrot, cabbage and turnip salads.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Directions
- Whisk the lime juice, vegetable oil, sesame oil, sugar, cayenne pepper and fish sauce in a bowl until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad of your choice, or use as a dipping sauce for a raw veggie plate.
