Use this Asian-inspired dressing drizzled on crispy carrot, cabbage and turnip salads.


  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce


  1. Whisk the lime juice, vegetable oil, sesame oil, sugar, cayenne pepper and fish sauce in a bowl until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad of your choice, or use as a dipping sauce for a raw veggie plate.
