Fresh lemon juice is paired with classic Asian flavors like ginger, soy sauce, green onion s and red pepper in this flavorful marinade for poultry, fish and seafood.
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously until thoroughly blended.
- Add the protein of your choice to the marinade and then set aside for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. For any period of time over half an hour, cover and place in the refrigerator.
