Ginger and soy with ground beef tomake delicious Asian inspired hamburgers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon dry breadcrumbs
- 4 kaiser rolls
Directions
- Mix together everything but the rolls. Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook over a grill or medium heat skillet until browned on one side. Flip, season with salt and pepper, and brown the other side.
- Place on the roll with mayonnaise and whatever other toppings you desire.
