Ginger and soy with ground beef tomake delicious Asian inspired hamburgers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon dry breadcrumbs
  • 4 kaiser rolls

Directions

  1. Mix together everything but the rolls. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Cook over a grill or medium heat skillet until browned on one side. Flip, season with salt and pepper, and brown the other side.
  3. Place on the roll with mayonnaise and whatever other toppings you desire.
