The name of this cocktail may sound a bit odd but the taste is anything but delicious. Enjoy a rum-based blend of both dry and sweet vermouth, served in a mescal-coated glass.
- 1 ounce Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- grapefruit peel strip to garnish
- Pour a small amount of mescal into a cocktail glass and tilt the glass to coat the entire inside of the glass; discard any excess.
- Place the rum, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, garnish with a grapefruit peel strip and serve immediately.
