Artichoke mushrooms and an easy and tasty appetizer or snack to liven up any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (3 ounce)
- mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
- Parmesan cheese(1/4 cup, shredded)
- Green onions (3 tablespoons, finely chopped)
- 32 button mushrooms (stems removed)
- Cooking Spray
- Parmesan Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
Directions
- Combine artichoke hearts with cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan and onions
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the mushrooms, top down on the sheet
- Preheat oven to broil
- Spoon cheese mixture into each mushroom
- Mix together bread crumbs and oil and sprinkle on top of cheese-filled mushrooms
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
