Artichoke mushrooms and an easy and tasty appetizer or snack to liven up any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (3 ounce)
  • mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese(1/4 cup, shredded)
  • Green onions (3 tablespoons, finely chopped)
  • 32 button mushrooms (stems removed)
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parmesan Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts

Directions

  1. Combine artichoke hearts with cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan and onions
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the mushrooms, top down on the sheet
  3. Preheat oven to broil
  4. Spoon cheese mixture into each mushroom
  5. Mix together bread crumbs and oil and sprinkle on top of cheese-filled mushrooms
  6. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
