Artichoke and cheese appetizer, wonderful served hot or cold.
- 1 (8.5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup grated Jack cheese with jalapenos
- 12 saltine crackers, crushed
- Combine all the ingredients and spread into a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
