Artichoke and cheese appetizer, wonderful served hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 12 saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and spread into a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
