Dazzle your fellow campers with apricots that turn divinely tender, sweet and sour when cooked over a grill.

Ingredients
- 4 apricots, halved and stoned
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 2 pieces of nougat
Directions
- Arrange the apricot halves on a piece of foil and make the sides of the foil into a boat.
- Dot the fruit with the butter, drizzle with the rum, then place a sliver of nougat in each apricot half.
- Cook on a covered grill for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fruit and nougat are softened.
