This can be made thiner by adding more water for a sauce over fish or chicken.
- 11 oz of dried apricots
- 1 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly.
- Process apricot mixture in a blender until smooth.
- Place in a container and store in the refrigerator.
