A traditional Sour Cocktail is made with fresh citrus juice and sugar. Enjoy this fruity version made with apricot brandy.
- 2 ounces apricot brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Cherry to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the cherry, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish the drink with the cherry and then serve immediately.
