Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  3. Stir in rum, orange, lemon, almond, vanilla and butter extracts.
  4. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
  5. Stir in sour cream and apricot nectar.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
