Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
Directions
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
- Stir in rum, orange, lemon, almond, vanilla and butter extracts.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Stir in sour cream and apricot nectar.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
