A classic apricot infused Mai-Tai cocktail drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce apricot brandy
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 teaspoons almond syrup
  • 1 teaspoon powdered surgar
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, filling three-quarters full. Add everything, cover and shake. Strain into cocktail glasses filled with fresh ice.
