A slow cooked apricot glazed ham dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (6-8 pound) butt or shank ham
- Whole cloves
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1-1/4 cups apricot jam
- 1-1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
Directions
- Press the cloves into the ham. Arrange fat side up in a greased slow cooker.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and brush over the entire ham. Cook covered for 5-6 hours on low.
