- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and spoon over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
