A simple apricot preserves filled dessert bar.


  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup apricot preserves


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Mix together the flour, brown sugar and butter. Spread half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the apricot preserves over and spread evenly over top. Sprinkle the remaining flour mixture over top.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
