Creamy and fruity chestnut blended cocktail.

Ingredients

1 cup ice
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup roasted, peeled chestnuts (canned or fresh)
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce vanilla liqueur
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
2 pitted apricots (fresh or canned)

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
