A quick and simple yellow cake fancied up with apricot nectar.

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
4 egg whites
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 cup apricot nectar

Directions

Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine everything together and pour into the pan. Bak at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
