A quick and simple yellow cake fancied up with apricot nectar.

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 cup apricot nectar

Directions

  1. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine everything together and pour into the pan. Bak at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
