Apricot and banana blended malt smoothie.
- 1 banana, peeled and broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup drained canned apricots
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 heaping tablespoons malted milk powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
