Jump start your day with a glass of this apple cider, orange juice and maple syrup blend.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup plus some to drizzle
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the smoothie to 2 glasses and serve drizzled with maple syrup.
