Simple and tasty fruit topped pork chop dinner!


  • 6 thick-cut pork chops
  • Flour
  • Canola oil
  • 3 baking apples


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Coat the pork chops in the flour. Brown in the oil and then place in the prepared pan. Pour in 1/3 cup of water and bake covered for 50 minutes.
  3. Peel the apples and slice in half. Remove the seeds and place one half over each pork chop. Bake for 10 more minutes, careful to not overcook the apples.
