A quick and jiggly fruit gelatin salad.


  • 1 (6 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 (!5 ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 1 cup diced apples with peel
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in the pineapple and chill until slightly thickened. Gently stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a mold or 7x11-inch pan. Chill until firm.
