A quick and jiggly fruit gelatin salad.
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 1 (!5 ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice
- 1 cup diced apples with peel
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in the pineapple and chill until slightly thickened. Gently stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a mold or 7x11-inch pan. Chill until firm.
