Yummy apple and pecan crepes, wonderful breakfast or brunch dish.
- 16 crepes
- 1 (1 pound 5 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup broken pecan pieces
- Custard sauce
- Stir together the apple filling, cinnamon and pecans.
- Scoop 2 1/2 tablespoons down the center of each crepe, roll and place into a chafing dish.
- Heat and serve with custard sauce.
