Apple juice is the main ingredient for this marinade that tenderizes and adds robust flavor to meats and poultry.


  • 2 quarts apple juice
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salt


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat. Heat the mixture, stirring frequently, until all of the sugar has dissolved. Set the marinade aside to cool prior to using.
