Creamy cake glaze with a hint of lemon. Perfect spread on the Apple-Carrot Cake.

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over a warm cake.
