Apple-Carrot Cake

Applesauce and carrot cake dessert. Wonderful paired with the Apple-Carrot Glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 package carrot cake mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • Apple-Carrot Glaze

Directions

  1. Mix together the cake mix, oil and eggs, Beat on medium for 3 minutes. Stir in the applesauce and beat 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
