If you have a difficult time finding apple brandy, try using Calvados which is an apple cider brandy made in France.
- 2 ounces apple brandy
- 1/2 ounce curaçao
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Apple slices to garnish
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Pour all of the ingredients, except for the apple slices, into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 35 seconds until chilled, and then strain into the prepared glass. Serve immediately garnished with the apple slices.
