Slow cooked apples and cranberries.
Ingredients
- 8 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Directions
- Mix together the apples, cranberries, water and 1 cup of the sugar in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Mix together the remaining sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 20 more minutes.
