Make this delicious smoothie when apricots are in season between late spring and the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 1 cup apple juice
- 4 apricots, pitted
- 1 banana, peeled
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
