True to its name, this cocktail pairs perfectly with appetizers as a pre-dinner drink, with the gin, Dubonnet and fresh orange juice making a lovely combination of flavors.

Ingredients

3/4 ounce gin
3/4 ounce Dubonnet
juice of 1/2 orange

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
