Smoked beef and swiss cheese pie.
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces smoked beef, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Beat the milk, eggs and salt in a bowl. Mix in the beef and cheese. Pour into the pie shell.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving,
