Slow cooked, easy to make chuck roast.
- 4 pounds chuck roast
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 pound baby carrots
- 1 (!6 ounce) jar beef gravy
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package stew seasoning mix
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Add the potatoes and carrots around it.
- Combine the gravy, soup and seasoning mix in a separate bowl. Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
