This lovely cocktail has both beautiful presentation and classic style. Made with a blend of Calvados Apple Brandy, Dubonnet Rouge, Cointreau and bitters, this enjoyable beverage flawlessly pleases both the tongue and the brain with a multi-layered mix of flavors.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 ounce Calvados or Apple Brandy
- 3/4 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions
- Place the Calvados, Dubonnet Rouge, Cointreau and Bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for about 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
