Buttery Ritz crackers coat Ann's Finger Lickin' Chicken.
- 4 large chicken breasts, boned
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 to 1/2 pound Ritz Crackers, crushed
- Cut chicken breasts into serving size pieces. Dip chicken in egg. Roll in cracker crumbs to cover.
- Brown on both sides in 1/4 pound margarine in skillet. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes longer, adding additional margarine if needed to prevent sticking.
