Ice cream sundae made with banana angel wings.
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or sprinkles
- Slice the banana in half crosswise and then lengthwise to make four long pieces. Arrange in pairs on either side of the plate to form the wings.
- Place the frozen yogurt in the center and top with the remaining toppings.
