A fast way to dress up an angel food cake for a quick dessert.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, partially thawed
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches
- Chill a bowl and beaters. Use to whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the berries. Spread over the cake.
- Decorate the edges and top of the cake with the peach slices.
