A fast way to dress up an angel food cake for a quick dessert.


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, partially thawed
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches


  1. Chill a bowl and beaters. Use to whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the berries. Spread over the cake.
  2. Decorate the edges and top of the cake with the peach slices.
