Simple nutty angel cake.
Ingredients
- 7 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups ground nuts
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
Directions
- Beat the eggs until stiff, fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
- Frost using the Angel Nut Frosting.
