Simple nutty angel cake.

Ingredients

  • 7 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups ground nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs until stiff, fold in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
  3. Frost using the Angel Nut Frosting.
