Angel cake with a whipped coffee and cream frosting.


  • 1 package angel cake mix
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Make and bake the angel cake according to the package directions. Cool.
  2. Whip together the remaining ingredients until peaks hold. Frost the top and sides of the cake.
