Angel cake with a whipped coffee and cream frosting.
- 1 package angel cake mix
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Make and bake the angel cake according to the package directions. Cool.
- Whip together the remaining ingredients until peaks hold. Frost the top and sides of the cake.
