Ingredients
- 6 cups biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 1/4 cups to 2 cups milk
- margarine, melted
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add milk, stirring to make soft dough.
- Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter, placing on baking sheet. Brush with margarine.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
