A tasty spinach salad with bacon, carrot and onion
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped to bite size pieces
- 5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- Mix together the spinach, bacon, carrots and onions.
- In a small saucepan, heat the Italian dressing, mustard and pepper.
- Toss the spinach and dressing.
