A fruity sparkling wine cocktail with hints of orange and peach, this drink can be served at a celebratory event or New Year’s Eve party.

Place the vodka, orange liqueur and peach nectar into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top with the Prosecco and then garnish with a peach slice and a raspberry. Serve immediately.
