Homemade bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings.
Ingredients
- 1 (1 pound) package baconn
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Pickle slices
- Mustard/mayonnase
- Ketchup
Directions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet, drain.
- Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 8 patties. Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet until almost done. Top with a slice of cheese and continue heating until the cheese has melted.
- Place the patty on a toasted bun and top with the bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato and pickle slices. Serve with the condiments.
