I love the combination of fruit in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 aplles, sliced
- 2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Arrange fruite in individual serving dishes.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Garnish with a mint sprig if you like.
