I love the combination of fruit in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 aplles, sliced
  • 2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Arrange fruite in individual serving dishes.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig if you like.
