Sloe gin, Cachaça and Campari are combined with fresh lemon juice, an egg white, simple syrup and grapefruit bitters to create a creamy, slightly sweet and enjoyably bitter cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Cachaça
- 3/4 ounce sloe gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 2 bar-spoons Campari
- 2 bar-spoons sugar syrup
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
