Amaretto Ice Cream

A creamy liqueur blended ice cream treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Blend together the whipping cream, ice cream and liqueur. Scoop evenly into six sherbet glasses. Refreeze.
  2. To serve, drizzle additional liqueur over top and sprinkle with the almonds.
