A creamy liqueur blended ice cream treat.
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- Blend together the whipping cream, ice cream and liqueur. Scoop evenly into six sherbet glasses. Refreeze.
- To serve, drizzle additional liqueur over top and sprinkle with the almonds.
