This attractive and tasty Amaretto, gin and Southern Comfort cordial cocktail is served after both dinner and dessert.

Place a cordial glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then add the amaretto, gin, Southern Comfort and fresh lemon juice
Shake the mixture vigorously for 35 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass; serve immediately.
